Booking Instructions

The most efficient way to secure your time on our vessel is directly through our digital reservation system.

• Best Way to Book: Reserving online through our live calendar is highly preferred, ensuring your dates are instantly locked into our schedule.
• Deposit Requirements: A standard deposit is required at the time of booking to officially hold your specific date and time slot.
• Payment Methods Accepted: We securely process all major credit cards via our encrypted online portal.
• Final Payment: Your remaining balance is collected at the dock right before we depart from Lake Park Marina.
• Cancellation Window: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to adjust or cancel your reservation.

• Cancellation Policy: Because our private boat is strictly limited to six passengers, we require a 48-hour notice for client cancellations to issue a full refund. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window forfeit the initial deposit.
• Weather Policy: Safety is our baseline. If our captain determines that offshore weather, high winds, or inlet conditions are unsafe, we will cancel the charter prior to leaving the slip.
• Reschedule Information: If your trip is affected by a weather cancellation, or if you reach out before the 48-hour cutoff, we will seamlessly move your reservation to the next available date that works for your group.
• Refund Policy: All approved refunds—whether due to weather or an early cancellation—are processed promptly back to your original payment method.
